Preserving Heritage While Creating A Modern Workspace

Buildgen had the pleasure of working closely with Fleurets from the very beginning of their office project all the way through to completion. After a competitive tender process, we were excited to win the project against two other companies and get started on transforming their space.

One of the key challenges was that the landlord requested the retention and preservation of the existing parquet timber flooring. This meant that our team had to approach the work with great care to ensure that the flooring remained undisturbed throughout the entire project.

By paying attention to detail and coordinating closely with the team, we were able to successfully complete the project without compromising the integrity of the flooring. The result was a beautifully renovated office that balanced modern design with the preservation of the building's character.

We're proud to have been part of creating a space that not only met Fleurets' functional needs but also honored the heritage of the building. This project is a great example of how thoughtful design and careful execution can come together to create a workspace that truly reflects a company’s values.
