Tailored Workspace To Foster Creativity And Collaboration

Bussu, a leading foreign language education tech provider, approached Buildgen to help design and build their new office space. The previous tenant had left behind a very corporate, ‘blue-chip’ layout, which didn’t align with Bussu’s dynamic and collaborative work culture. Our challenge was to create a space that would not only accommodate their growing team but also foster creativity, collaboration, and a positive working environment.

Working closely with the Bussu team, we developed a design that maximised the available space to meet their specific needs. The layout was carefully re imagined to encourage interaction and teamwork, with flexible workstations and collaborative areas to suit the diverse ways the team works.

One of the standout features of the space was a rare outdoor terrace deck. To make the most of this stunning feature, Build Generation installed high-end AstroTurf and set up picnic benches, creating an inviting and relaxing area for the team to unwind, brainstorm, or enjoy the view.

The result is a vibrant and functional office that truly supports Bussu’s growing team and their innovative work. We’re proud to have been part of transforming their office into a space that encourages creativity, fosters collaboration, and reflects their brand identity.
