When Canvas approached Buildgen, they had a clear vision for 6-7 St John’s Street: create a modern, flexible serviced office space that could adapt to the changing needs of their clients. Our team worked closely with Canvas to bring that vision to life, ensuring the space would be versatile enough to accommodate office resizing and the addition of meeting rooms with minimal disruption.

Achieving this flexibility required careful thought and precision, particularly when it came to the lighting and mechanical systems. We designed the space with future-proofing in mind, ensuring that every element could be easily adjusted as needed.

The result? A thoughtfully designed office space where every detail was considered – so much so that Canvas was able to lease the entire building before we even finished our work on-site! It was a rewarding collaboration that perfectly matched their needs for adaptability and style.
