Designing A Brand Reflective Functional Workspace
Buildgen had the privilege of working closely with the Hunter project team, alongside retail design consultancy Checkland Kindleysides, to help select the ideal office space for Hunter’s future growth. We spent several months conducting due diligence surveys on various properties, ensuring that we found the perfect location to meet their evolving needs.
Once the right space was chosen, our team set to work on the office refurbishment, which needed to be functional while also reflecting Hunter’s strong sense of heritage and branding. The design included a mix of cellularised offices, open-plan workspaces, meeting rooms, and tea points across three floors.
Working across all three floors simultaneously presented its challenges, but we were committed to maintaining a carefully managed budget while ensuring the highest quality of work. Our team handled the complexities with precision, completing the project on time and within budget.
The end result was a space that not only met Hunter’s functional requirements but also celebrated their brand identity in a sophisticated, modern environment. We’re proud to have been part of such a collaborative project, creating a space that perfectly aligns with Hunter’s vision for the future.
