Transforming 1 Red Place: A CAT A & CAT A Plus Fit-out
Buildgen was excited to be part of a competitive tender process for the design and build of the CAT A and CAT A Plus fit-outs on the Ground, 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors of 1 Red Place. The project required a complete overhaul of the building’s mechanical, electrical, and fire detection services, which was no small task.
What set us apart in the tender process was our deep understanding of the project’s requirements. Our team’s attention to detail in the design, coupled with a transparent and thorough mechanical, electrical, and fire prevention proposal, allowed us to offer a comprehensive and efficient plan. This led to a streamlined pre-construction phase and a swift site commencement, saving valuable time.
Despite the scale of the project, Buildgen successfully completed the work in just 14 weeks, staying within budget and delivering with minimal variations. The final result was a high-quality finish that truly reflected the standards of Mayfair. As a bonus, towards the end of the project, we also procured and installed stylish new furniture for the 3rd and 4th floors, enhancing the space even further.
The project’s success is a testament to the collaborative efforts, detailed planning, and commitment to quality that define Buildgen, and we’re proud of the seamless office space we created for 1 Red Place.
